Permitted Development

The Parish Council has become aware of a number of extensions in the village that have been constructed without planning permission. Whilst it is acknowledged that these may have been constructed under the current relaxation of the rules for permitted development, any residents considering such extensions are advised to consult the National Planning Portal for guidance. It should be noted that the current relaxation expires on 30th May 2019.
