BULCOTE FARM PLANNING

Following the decision taken at the last Planning Committee Meeting to accept the recommendation to approve the application contrary to all the objections that have been made. The application was submitted to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Governments as a requirement to see if it should be "called in" for further review given that it involved development within the Green Belt. A letter was also sent to the Rt Hon Robert Jenrick MP Secretary of State for the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government by the Parish Council outlining all of the issues and requesting that the application should be "called in".

Subsequently the application has been returned to Newark & Sherwood District Council for determination at a local level. What this will mean in terms of the final approval we are unsure.
