BULCOTE FARM DEVELOPMENT

A revised planning application has been submitted to Newark & Sherwood District Council for an additional 16 new dwellings to form part of the Enabling Development allegedly required in order to renovate and convert the existing farm buildings. Whilst the Parish Council support the renovation of the existing farm buildings they propose to object to the extensive enabling development. The Council's objections can be viewed here. The Parish Council will shortly undertake a mail drop to all properties within the Parish to encourage residents to object to the proposals.
