Bulcote Garage Site (BJ Car Sales)

Following a request from Newark & Sherwood DC Planners a revised application has now been submitted. The new proposals appear to differ very little from the previous submission and the Parish Council are still opposed to it primarily on the grounds of scale and massing and inadequate parking provision. It can be seen from the results of the Neighbourhood Plan Questionnaire that what characterises Bulcote most will be destroyed by extensive developments such as this and the proposals for Bulcote Farm.
