BULCOTE FARM DEVELOPMENT

We understand that the proposed Bulcote Farm Development will be put to the Newark & Sherwood District Council Planning Committee in January 2019 with a recommendation for refusal on the grounds of inadequate highway access. This has not been confirmed and in any event the Committee can always overrule the recommendation. We should not be complacent in predicting the outcome and residents are encouraged to submit their comments on the latest information available on the N&SDC Planning website. The Parish Council intend to be represented at the Planning Committee meeting to object to the proposals.
