Bulcote Farm Development

The planning application for Bulcote Farm was delayed from being submitted to the January meeting of the Planning Committee, but is now on the agenda for 5th February 2019. Again it is understood that it will be recommended for refusal on the basis of inadequate highway access. Representatives of Bulcote Parish Council together with the County Councillor Roger Jackson will attend to put our case for refusal.
