Bulcote Farm Development

As previously reported, a decision on Bulcote Farm was deferred at the planning meeting in February 2019. It was the Parish Council's understanding that this was to enable a more robust objection to the application rather than just on the basis of highway access. After recent enquiries we now understand that the applicant is being allowed to submit revised proposals and these are expected shortly. On receipt of the revised application the planning department will again submit these for consultation by the various parties including Bulcote Parish Council. It is now a case of watch this space.
